Krista Foss

Krista Foss is a novelist, essayist, and short story writer. Her short fiction has appeared in several literary journals including Granta and has twice been a finalist for the Writers’ Trust McClelland & Stewart Journey Prize. Her essay writing has been featured in Best Canadian Essays, nominated for a National Magazine Award, and received a Prism International creative nonfiction prize. She has published two novels, Smoke River and Half Life. She’s at work on a third novel, essays, and journalism in a small village north of Kingston, Ontario where she lives.
