Citation

"Vanessa Bell is a poet, performer, and inspired creative literary activist from Quebec City. Her writing is vivid and sharp, a whirlwind of audacity as it touches on womanhood, daughters, mothers, and territory being made of earth, reality, or imagination. Bell’s debut collection, De rivières, offers a brilliant and moving new path of reading l’intime — the intimate personal narrative of values, ideas, affection, and vision."
