Sue Goyette has published four books of poems: The True Names of Birds, Undone, outskirts, and Ocean. She has also published a novel, Lures. Goyette been nominated for several awards including a Governor General’s Literary Award and the Griffin Poetry Prize, and has won the CBC Literary Prize for Poetry, the Earle Birney Prize for Poetry, the Bliss Carman Poetry Award, the Pat Lowther Memorial Award, the Atlantic Poetry Prize, and the Silver National Magazine Award for Poetry. Goyette currently teaches in the creative writing program at Dalhousie University.
