Mian
From Queensland, Nova Scotia, Mian was a finalist for the Stephen Leacock Medal for Humour for her debut novel When the Saints. During her October to December 2018 residency she is working on The World in Awful Sleep, a chilling account of a young couple who buy an old church in rural Nova Scotia, causing their relationship to take a dark turn.
