Sanna Wani is a poet, podcaster, and publishing professional. She is the author of My Grief, the Sun, which won the 2023 Trillium Award for Poetry. Wani is also the creator and cohost of the podcast Poet Talk. Her writing has been published in the Academy of American Poets’ Poem-A-Day series, Best Canadian Poetry 2020, Time, and Brick. She works as a marketing specialist at the University of Toronto Press and lives in Tkaronto (Toronto).
