Michael Redhill is a novelist, poet, and playwright, as well as an editor and critic. He is the author of sixteen books, including the novels Martin Sloane, Consolation, and Bellevue Square, for which he won the 2017 Scotiabank Giller Prize. Redhill’s poetry collections include Twitch Force and Lake Nora Arms. His play, Goodness, won the Best of Edinburgh Prize in 2005. Redhill lives in Toronto.
