Katie Munnik

Katie Munnik is a Canadian writer and poet living in Cardiff, UK. Her debut novel The Heart Beats in Secret was a USA Today Bestseller. Her second novel The Aerialists was Waterstones Welsh Book of the Month. A selected writer for the Hay Festival Writers at Work Program 2024, she is a graduate of Queen’s University, the University of St Andrews, and the Humber School for Writers. Munnick teaches writing at Cardiff University.
