Christine Estima has written for The New York Times, New York Daily News, The Observer, The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, The Walrus, VICE, Chatelaine, Maisonneuve Magazine, and many more. Her debut collection The Syrian Ladies Benevolent Society was a CBC Best Book of 2023. Her debut novel Letter to Kafka was on the 2025 most anticipated lists of the CBC, Indigo, Book Riot, The Globe and Mail, and Toronto Star. It’s a Heather’s Pick at Indigo and named one of the Best Books of 2025 by the CBC. Estima lives in Toronto.
