Baharan Baniahmadi

Baharan Baniahmadi is an author and theatre, film, and television actor. Her novel, Prophetess, won the Paragraphe Hugh MacLennan Prize for Fiction and the Blue Metropolis/Conseil des arts de Montréal New Contribution Prize. She published a bestselling memoir in Iran before immigrating to Canada in 2018. Baniahmadi lives in Montreal.
