Ali Bryan

Ali Bryan is a creative nonfiction writer and the author of six novels including Roost, The Figgs, Coq, and The Crow Valley Karaoke Championships. Her work has appeared in The New York Times and has won the Georges Bugnet Prize for Fiction. Bryan’s books have been shortlisted for the Leacock Medal for Humour and the Forest of Reading White Pine Award, and longlisted for the Commonwealth Short Story Prize. Her work has also been optioned for TV by Sony Pictures. She lives in Calgary.
