Phil
Halton
Phil Halton is a Canadian Army veteran and author of the novels This Shall Be a House of Peace, Every Arm Outstretched, and Red Warning. Halton is also the author of Blood Washing, a nonfiction book on the long history of conflict in Afghanistan. With Jonathan Link and Wan Mek, he created the graphic novel The Sandbox. Halton is co-founder of the literary journal Blood & Bourbon and has edited an oral history of the Queen’s York Rangers. He lives in Saint John, New Brunswick.
