The RBC Bronwen Wallace Award for Emerging Writers
Supported by RBC Foundation
Winner: $5,000; Finalists: $1,000

Established in memory of poet Bronwen Wallace, who died at the age of 44, this award alternates each year between short fiction and poetry. This year's prize is in the category of short fiction. The deadline for submissions has been extended to January 29, 2010. Information about submission requirements is included in the call for applications.
