After a woman returns to her parents’ house to recuperate from a life-changing surgery, she discovers how difficult it is for others to accept who she has become.
 

About the Author 

Lori McNulty’s fiction and non-fiction have appeared in The Fiddlehead, The New Quarterly, PRISM international, The Dalhousie Review, Descant, and The Globe and Mail. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia, and an MA from McGill University. She is currently completing a collection of short fiction and at work on a novel.
